This bitmap image I have made in the last years denotes a milestone on my way through the Fifth Avenue. After the fruitful pursuits in 1979, I have had undergone a tremendous age of struggle and strife to support my existence as an individual and intellectual.It was like the experience went through by a child left in the desert. It took a drastic period to come over the dilemma in my social life that had been lived upon in the rigid circles of the third world but at the extreme of a crisis I have again met with the indications of the Fifth Avenue ahead on the misty roads and found happiness in illustrating the fruitfulness of the age-long strife in this image of fruits in the simple format of paint-brush at that interval of relaxation ..!

The December 2014 received a farewell in the moist of its last days in the coastlines in the tropics.it was like a memory that had never been swiped away from the chart of  the Fifth Avenue that I had kindled in the childhood squares of my life ! So I walked along the coastline that assembled the fishing and sailing vessels across the misty waters and moist that filled up the air and the landscape in my view..

 The cruise points remained rather lonely with a few boats resting besides the banks and the backwaters were almost still and windless and hence there had been not much people to wait for the cruises or for having any sightseeing...

 Thus, in the perplexity of the cloudy landscape, the last days of 2014 were found quite unwilling to evade from the scene of the new years' eve..! But apart from the scene, on the roads around the lakeside, the traffic was heavy and the evening roads were busy with the crowd , making themselves hasty for the coming year...and among the crowd there found a bunch of plastic balloons in multicolored fluorescence and with shapes of animals and cartoon characters found in television serials !!It was a piece of colorfulness that took the entire stuff of the air away from the moist that weighed down over the forbidding December days of the last year !!

'PALARUVI' denotes The Milky Stream

'Palaruvi' is a term in the  Malayalam Language that can be rendered as 'The Milky Stream'.It is the name of a place where there is waterfall of that nature. So it is described like that. I had been to there years back as a student on an outing.Then I have had no camera with me and I did a few sketches of the waterfall and painted them in watercolor thereafter at home. Thus I breathed life into what I had seen over there in the forest landscape and my watercolor, 'PALARUVI' was born on paper as given here;

  The post monsoon rains had been started in the south of the subcontinent then.I was waiting for the morning train.It was started slightly showering from the early morning and then it was coming more dense;besides,the train was late for more than half an hour ...my platforms were opened the eyes to the sky ;impatience grew within myself and the rain was also growing ...my train was delayed but a goods wagon covering the entire platform entered the station with its penetrating headlights that spread lights on the wet rails and platform, adding more impatience to me as I would like to reach the capital as early as possible; now the whistling  wagon added more echoes to the natural sounds of the rain that was howling away with the sizzling winds from the lakes nearby , it was quite chilling! thus the wagon left the station;

  When that goods left and the wait for the passenger continued for awhile but that was not yet around near and adding more dullness to the wait, another goods had approached the next platform within the surfing veils of the white shower that had transformed the space into a mysterious backdrop!

  The delayed passenger train and the unexpected goods trains under the heavy rains made the waiting minority more fed up.So they started to turn back from the platforms and decided to leave the station and stop that day's journey . But still then I had not decided to deviate from my journey and meanwhile the announcement was out from the station speaker that the passenger was arriving!
  

   Now the rains were almost finished and the platforms were completely washed away by the post monsoon!I thanked my saffron umbrella that had  kept me waiting at the country railway station for that much of time!

A Wild Midsummer

• Midsummers are  crucial to people who are capable of enjoying midsummers in the form of vacations; teachers and students are the main beneficiaries of summer vacations in India.Besides ,the period is both hot and vibrant as far as the climatic conditions are concerned; even under the hot sun people engage in leisure and leisurely activities  so as to fulfill their vacation-time.

The core part of this time is earmarked by the sweaty dusks when most of the grownups choose to  relax from the tiresome naps of the afternoon.This kind of relaxation most often does have  strong emotional impacts on individual affinity and passion towards recreating caressing each other in  the art of making materialistic love in any social strata of life.

The Sailor Dreams or A Dream-Sailor

Sailing across the sea is gentle and grand when it is seen from the shore but not like that to those who are engaged in it; like that in the case of dreams and fantasy, a man lost in such acts may not look that much serious or tightened until the fulfillment of his inside yearnings;
Yes, the fifth Avenue has been proved to be the essential port of sail to all the rest of my dreams and fantasy that prompted me to sail across the lands of dreams all over the world of Dreams.
